You know that saying of “Black people can never have plans cause someone always can’t come or is broke” 🤣 That was me and my girls for like the longest time ever but finally we were able to be available, physically and financially at the same time so which better way to catch up than the Ciroc Pineapple Brunch!

The Ciroc Pineapple Brunch is an event organized by Pearl Guide Uganda and sponsored by Ciroc Pineapple that happens every first Sunday of the month at Alchemist.

All you’ve to do to be part of this lil shindig is book a table with Pearl Guide Uganda, share your name, email address and squad number.

It’s such a lituation with a 🔥 DJ lineup featuring DJs like Kas(yeah I know him like that 😂😂) and a saucy menu with hella dope cocktails and food that changes every edition.

The menu usually features 3 signature dishes coupled with Ciroc Pineapple cocktails and mimosas.

I had the Jamaican Jerk Chicken which was half roasted chicken with rice peas and plantain. Guys this chicken was everything and more! The Jamaican Jerk sauce really entered the chicken leaving it juicy and tender. Imagine how good it was with the bbq sauce and the gonja … Hooo! 🔥 It immediately cured my hangover hunger of the night before.

The cocktails were “oouuuu” with ingredients like strawberry puree, orange liqueur and lemon among other things that made each and every one of them uniquely tasty!

Honestly I had so much fun, Alchemist is naturally THAT place with good food, drinks, reliable security, great service, spacious clean washrooms which makes it the perfect home for the Ciroc Pineapple Brunch.

We were having way too much fun that the manager gifted us with a mimosa pitcher! I even forgot to take pictures of the drinks, so enjoy these pictures that I borrowed from Samantha.

Till the next edition! 🙃🤙🏾

Location: Alchemist Kitchen and Bar, Bandali Rise.
